Go-to-market strategy and execution for businesses ready for what's next.

You built something good.
Growing it is the hard part.

Cuepoint helps small and mid-size service businesses find the gaps between where they are and where they should be — and build a clear path to close them.

PROBLEM

Most small business owners we talk to have the same story. Business came in through relationships and referrals. It still does. But growth has plateaued and it's not obvious why. You've tried a few things — maybe a website refresh, some social posts, a networking push — but nothing moved the needle in a way you could measure. You're good at what you do. The problem isn't doing the work. It's everything else.

How it works

Clarity Before Commitment

Before we recommend anything, we look at everything. That means a structured assessment of six areas of your business — from how new customers find you to how clearly you can see what's actually driving growth. Most of the time, the problem owners think they have isn't the real problem. The diagnostic tells us where to focus so we're not wasting your time or money on the wrong thing.

ABOUT

Eric Canfield

Now based in the Hudson Valley, I've spent 25 years helping companies figure out how to grow — from large consumer brands to early-stage startups. Launching new products, building sales systems from scratch, opening up new channels, landing partnerships that neither side could pull off alone. Sometimes that meant solving a problem nobody had solved before. Sometimes it meant doing the fundamentals really well for the first time.
That experience is what Cuepoint is built on. I work with owner-led businesses who are good at what they do and want a clearer path to more of the right customers — without having to hire a whole team to get there.
